The key to customer service is communication.
Communication with both our drivers and our customers is essential. We take a pro-active stance in regard to notifying customers when a load is going to be late or if the load is crucial. We have the ability track the load and give our customers an ETA on their load.
We can also give them a GPS. Our goal is to establish a mutual respect with our customers so they know they can call us if there’s a problem and that we will let them know if there’s a problem with the load.
